Had an issue with our phone line connection which mucked with our internet service. John from Franklin Bell was able to schedule us in the very next day after we rang and came out to us and managed to fix the issue on the same day. He was very professional and approachable. We will definitely use Franklin Bell again if we need to.

We was having huge problems with our internet constantly dropping out. We had an appointment booked for a couple of days ahead, but the problem was getting worse. I spoke with Juan to see if he could come any earlier and within 1 hour he arrived at the premises and within the next hour the job was complete. Not only excellent service but a delightful gentleman. We will definitely be using his services again. A Huge thank you and well done Juan.

Franklin Bell are professional, responsive and speedy. I had contacted several Perth electrical/data contractors in order to fix a problem with my NBN connection, and Franklin Bell were the only contractor who replied.A contractor contacted me directly to provide a quote and set a date to come out.On the day of the appointment the contractor arrived at the specified time and was extremely professional and courteous. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem and was happy to answer any questions I had.I highly recommend Franklin Bell contracting and will be contacting them for any further electrical and data needs.

Astounding work!We had 10x cat6 cables pulled to exterior of our house for cctv and terminated on a wall plate in our server room.Despite a few challenging spots being 2 storey, they didn't cut corners.All cables routed very neatly and cleanly.Prompt replies on quotes and enquiries, coming in time, cleaned up properly, and no surprise charges.Will be back with them in the future for electrical as well!
