Recently had my NBN cable replaced and the two gents did a great job. Minimal disruption to the lawn and did a very thorough job recompacting the dirt and putting the pavers back. Honestly, exceeded my expectations. Please pass on my thanks for a job well done. Rgds Simon.

The team installing my new NBN cable did a great job, they were professional, courteous and friendly. Despite having to dig up the footpath across my driveway they caused minimal disruption and you can't even tell they were here.

Sam and Team were efficient despite the holiday season, they worked to deliver the civil services needed to hook up my NBN connection on my new turnkey home. What impressed me most was his proactive action to schedule the NBN activation technician for next day. This was definitely going above and beyond, as NBN process would have meant another 1+ week for the connection. Thank you Sam and going the extra mile as you heard how desperate we were to have NBN connection with delays we were facing!

The workers were professional, but not obtuse or dismissive. Workers attended our property multiple times, and were repairing/troubleshooting effectively at each attendance, giving us a better understanding of our issue to liaise with our ISP.Would hope to have them contracted for work at our property again if required.
